Shipping policy

Intimate matters shop will ship all UK orders over £80 FREE of charge. Orders under £80 will incur a £4.00 charge. Your order will be delivered using Royal Mail . On dispatch of your order, you will be sent a Royal Mail tracking number. Please note that these parcels take between 3 to 7 working days to arrive so please take any Bank Holiday days into account when planning your order. All orders placed after 7pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day the following week. *Delivery is not guaranteed and is dependent on the Royal Mail.

• ALL ORDERS are shipped in plain discreet packaging! Payments on your card/bank statement are displayed as SP*IMS.IE , giving no indication of the nature of your purchase.

• Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your order. You can track your order online at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item To use 'Track your item', just type in your 13 character reference number and press the 'Track item' button. Please don't add spaces or hyphens, and always check the reference number is correct.
